Please note that a damage deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation. Payments will be refunded between 3-5 working days after departure.
There is a late check in charge for arrivals after 18:00. Please contact the property directly to arrange any late arrivals.
This is a non smoking property. Guests will charged GBP 100 if smoking is evident in the property. Smoking is only allowed outside on the balcony where an ashtray will be provided for you. Please inform 3 Bed Apartment Zone 1 Central London in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
