Please note that on 24 December and 31 December check-in is only between 10:00 and 15:00. Check-in outside of these times is not possible on these days.

Guests are requested to contact the property 1 hour prior to arrival at the guest house.

Guests needing a late check in are asked to contact the property at least 5 days before arrival. Please note late check in service is only possible upon prior arrangement. Please note late check in service will incur an additional charge of GBP 20. The late check-in is available only till 00:00.

Any damage caused, guests will be charge additionally.

On arrival all the guests are obliged to provide the credit card used for booking and ID (passport, driving licence). Lack of this of documents causes cancellation of the booking without refund. All reservations need to provided name/surname of each guest who will stay at the property. All the guests need to provide ID on arrival. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform London Lawrence Road Room to Let in advance of your expected arrival time.
