All guests will be required to produce a valid booking confirmation on arrival. The original card used for payment and a valid photo identification is also required upon check-in.

Early or late check-in is possible at a surcharge of GBP 50, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

Guests are requested to be respectful of the neighbours by not making too much noise, such as playing TV/music too loudly. Parties and gatherings are strictly not permitted.

Upon arriving at the apartment guests will be greeted by a host who will go through the check-in process. Once guests have signed off the agreement and disclaimer, the host will hand over the keys. This is also an opportunity to ask any questions about the apartment. Please inform London Winx Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
