Kindly note the property only accepts credit or debit card, and cannot take payments by cash.
This property requires a minimum of 2 hours notice for all reservations. If you expect to be late for your scheduled check-in time, please notify the property at least 1 hour prior to check-in. There will be no fee if you notify the property in advance.
A fee of GBP 30 fee applies for rearranging the check-in, in case of late arrival (over 15 minutes), without prior notice by call and text message (at least 1 hour before check in time). The check-in will be rearranged at the most convenient time.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag or hen parties. Parties are also not accepted under any circumstances.
The accommodation will charge a fee of GBP 300 breakage and incidentals deposit on the訂房折扣 day of booking. This is returned in the next 7 working days after your departure. In some cases arrivals can be charged up to GBP 2000 refundable damage deposit for security reasons.
Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID card and the credit card used for the booking. If the guest is not the cardholder then the cardholder must be present upon check-in to provide the card used to make payment and photo ID. Please inform Millharbour in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
