A pre-authorization of GBP 150 will be required upon arrival for any incidentals.

Upon arrival, property will request a copy of the credit card which was used to make the reservation. Failure to present this card at check-in, prior to entry into the apartment, will mean another valid credit card will be requested and charged for the entire stay. A credit card pre-authorisation will also be taken upon check-in for any incidentals that you may incur during your stay. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Erlox Hyde Park in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
