Please note that parties, group gatherings and events are not permitted in or outside the apartment premises.

Studio with Balcony and Three-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony cannot be booked together for the same period. Only one of the apartment can be booked at a time.

Guests can check in early at 14:00 with an extra charge of GBP 20 upon request.

Please note the lead guest must be 25 years and older.

Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment.

Please note that a security deposit of GBP 200 is taken at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable upon check-out after a damage inspection of the accommodation.

A cleaning fee of GBP 100 is applied for Three-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony and GBP 50 is applied for Studio with Balcony per booking.

All bookings will require photo ID, such as a diving licence or an image of a passport. A copy of the credit/debit card used to make the payment may also be required. These copies must be sent to the property shortly after making the booking. Failure to provide these may result in the cancellation of your booking.
