If your payment is being made by a third party, you will be required to fill out a third party authorisation form and provide a copy of the card (both sides) to be used, authorising the property to charge the card provided. Please contact the property immediately after booking to obtain the card authorisation form.

Smoking is strictly forbidden and guests will be liable to pay a GBP 50 penalty fee if they smoke in the property or evidence is found of such. All guests are welcome to smoke outside of the property.

Parties and playing music loudly are not permitted. If guests are found to be having a party, they will immediately have to vacate the premises.
